Conversations that Count: Advance care planning
Sometimes it can be difficult to bring up the subject of death and dying, but it happens to all of us eventually. Auckland District Health Board is developing written resources and training to help people prepare for the end of life.
Conversations that Count is a series of facilitated, hands-on workshops where people can help shape the resources for everyone to use.
Workshops
Each workshop will have different focus:
Workshop 1: Tuesday 14 February, 9am-1pm
